Before you pitch

From Scratch AI uses an AI service to organize and rate your submission. The rating is preliminary and can be wrong. A high score does not prove demand, originality, ownership or commercial viability. A low score does not mean the idea lacks potential.

If you ask us to consider buying or building your idea, the Aeternum team may review it and compare it with our existing submissions and publicly available ventures. This is a limited check, not proof that no similar business exists. If we find a relevant overlap, we may email you available public references or explain the overlap without disclosing another founder’s confidential submission.

Submitting an idea does not sell or transfer it. A rating does not guarantee an offer, payment, development or a Venture Store listing. Any purchase or build requires separate terms you accept, and we will ask for separate approval before showing your idea to buyers.

If you later enter a separate venture purchase or build agreement, From Scratch AI will share the data needed for that agreement with Vis Aeternum to arrange the agreed work. The information shared and its purpose will be described in that agreement. Pitching alone does not authorize us to share your idea with buyers.
